“The staff are fantastic from my experience, Sheila and Andrea have been friendly and helpful through the application and move in process. The complex has a great sound barrier to the highway, and is secluded and forested. Lots of birds and some deer for my cat to watch. A well maintained trail. Easy access to highways. There are higher number of bugs due to the trees.”

“Nothing but positive experiences with the Waterford staff and living here as a whole. After mixed experiences at other complexes, it’s refreshing to have staff that care and engage with the community. Maintenance is prompt, the staff is kind and responsive, and the property is well maintained. While the units aren’t the most modern, any issues are handled quickly and professionally. This is a great complex if you're looking for a safe and quiet community. The walls do a great job of minimizing the noise from the highway.”
